Privacy Statement

This statement explains what ANVILPOL collects, stores, and displays in the specific context of DemocracyCraft public political records and Discord-backed account access.

Last updated: April 30, 2026
What ANVILPOL Is

ANVILPOL is a community-run political intelligence dashboard for DemocracyCraft, a Minecraft roleplay server. ANVILPOL is built around public political information such as election results, government rosters, legislation records, parties, politicians, and public wiki or forum data.

ANVILPOL is not Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, or an official DemocracyCraft service unless explicitly stated elsewhere.

Information We Use

Most ANVILPOL data comes from public DemocracyCraft sources, including forums, wiki pages, public election records, public government pages, and similar public records. This may include Minecraft usernames, party affiliations, public offices, bill sponsorship, election participation, and other public political activity.

If you sign in with Discord, we store the Discord account identifier returned by Discord, your Discord display name when available, and account/session information needed to keep you signed in.

For access management, administrators may manually store a Discord user ID, Minecraft username, nickname, role, weekly subscription payment status, and whether access is manually restricted.

Information We Do Not Intend To Store

ANVILPOL does not intentionally collect Discord private messages, Minecraft account passwords, payment card numbers, real-world identity documents, or private DemocracyCraft staff records.

If payment features are handled manually or through a third-party service, ANVILPOL should only store simple access-management status, not full payment details.

How Information Is Used

Public political data is used to power dashboards, charts, search, profiles, rankings, and other public political intelligence features.

Discord login and role data are used to manage access to Member, Premium, Enterprise, Editor, and Administrator features.

Manual payment and restriction fields are used by administrators to decide whether a user should have access to gated ANVILPOL features.

AI And Model Training

ANVILPOL does not use user account data, Discord login data, manually managed subscription or access data, or DemocracyCraft political records to train AI models.

ANVILPOL does not use live AI models to generate, rank, alter, or personalize the political data shown on the site. Data views are produced from public DemocracyCraft records and deterministic processing rules.

Cookies And Sessions

ANVILPOL uses authentication cookies to keep signed-in users logged in. These cookies are used for account access and role checks.

Hosting and analytics providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, and request logs as part of operating and securing the site.

Public Server Context

DemocracyCraft is a public roleplay community, and much of the political activity ANVILPOL displays is already publicly visible. ANVILPOL aggregates and summarizes that public activity, which may make information easier to find than it was at the original source.

If a public source is corrected or removed, ANVILPOL may not update immediately. Contact an ANVILPOL administrator if a profile or record appears incorrect.

Contact And Corrections

For privacy questions, access issues, incorrect account metadata, or corrections to ANVILPOL records, use the Support channel in the ANVILPOL Discord server.

When reporting a correction, include the affected page, Minecraft username or Discord ID if relevant, and a short explanation of what appears wrong.

Security And Limitations

ANVILPOL uses reasonable technical controls for account sessions and administrator-only tools. No small community service can guarantee perfect security or uninterrupted availability.

Do not submit sensitive personal information to ANVILPOL unless a feature clearly asks for it and explains why it is needed.

Changes

This privacy statement may be updated as ANVILPOL adds Premium, Enterprise, Editor, or Administrator features. Continued use of ANVILPOL after updates means the updated statement applies.
