Methodology
The index now uses three explainable pillars. Office Power measures formal authority from current roles. Public Mandate normalizes election performance by office type, competitiveness, vote share, and margin. Political Output combines legislative work, significance-weighted enacted bills, vote participation, cross-party collaboration, and recent activity.
